La prima operazione che ha interessato questa ristrutturazione è stata la demolizione dell’esistente, quindi dell’impianto, ormai datato, di distribuzione attraverso il corridoio. Partendo dallo scheletro strutturale, si è proceduto con la divisione in 3 principali aree: l’area giorno, l’area notte e l’esterno. Queste tre aree comunicano tra di loro nello stile e nei temi, ma sono da considerarsi come tre scatole indipendenti. L’area notte al suo interno accoglie due mondi: la suite padronale, dove si sviluppano la camera da letto vera e propria, la cabina armadi e il bagno padronale; e la camera dell’ospite più giovane della casa, a cui è stato riservato un trattamento speciale: una parete da arrampicata su misura permetterà al piccolo cliente di imparare ad arrivare in alto, proprio come il suo eroe preferito.L’area esterna infine è stata trattata come un’estensione della zona giorno: inteso come un soggiorno all’aperto, è trattato come un’isola privata per accogliere amici e per dedicarsi al relax.
The first operation for this restructuring was the demolition of the existing, so the distribution plant through the corridor. Starting from the structural skeleton, we proceeded with the division into 3 main areas: the day area, the night area and the terrace. These three areas communicate with each other in style and themes, but are to be considered as three independent boxes. The sleeping area inside welcomes two worlds: the master suite, where the actual bedroom, the walk-in closet and the master bathroom are located; and the room of the youngest guest of the house, who has been given a special treatment: a custom-made climbing wall will allow the little customer to learn how to get to the top, just like his favourite hero. Finally, the outdoor area has been treated as an extension of the living area: intended as an outdoor stay, it is treated as a private island to welcome friends and to relax.
